You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• Any accessories or components must be included in full.

• The item must be returned in suitable packaging (it does not have to be the original packaging).

Please note: We may refuse returns that are used, damaged, or incomplete.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Consumable products (if opened)

• Intimate or hygiene products

• Gift cards

💵 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email.
The refund will then be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Please note:

• Refunds may take several additional days depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Send us an email including:

• Your order number

• The product name

• The reason for the return

We will then provide you with the return instructions and return address.
